The Critical Logic management team is committed to the advancement of Logic Based Development, creating the standard for analysis in the IT world.

Robert Johnston --CEO/CTO
Bob Johnston, a 25 year veteran of the IT industry, has a proven track record of founding successful IT companies, and is the creator of the TMX automated test tool. Bob brings a deep technical background to Critical Logic through experience ranging from programming through executive entrepreneurship He is a featured speaker at many major software development conferences.

John MacAllister -- COO John MacAllister has been with Critical Logic since its inception in 1995. Having developed many of the basic concepts behind Logic Based Development, he is responsible for training the company’s staff of Logic Analysts. John has extensive experience in executing effectiveness methodologies and adapting them to such diverse projects as the first implementation of BankAmericard online, DirecTV’s satellite router system and the Xerox document assembler system (XDA).

Adam Richards – Director of Consulting Services
Adam Richards is responsible for overseeing client services at Critical Logic. With a broad computer sciences background, Adam has been a Development Systems Specialist with Starbucks Coffee, was the project Lead in development of the Wholesale Banking Credit Management system for Wells Fargo Bank, and managed QA for the Operating Engineers Union on a system to combine electronic record keeping for the entire organization. He personally manages projects for Critical Logic on any platform, in any language, using any development process.

Joseph Richter – National Sales and Marketing Director
Joe Richter comes to Critical Logic with a strong and varied 35 year career in Sales, Marketing, Executive Management, and Entrepreneurship and has founded successful scratch start ups in retail sportswear, retail automotive, and invention brokerage. Joe’s executive sales and marketing management experience in Computer Aided Drafting Hardware Technologies, Remanufacturing, and Financial Services, has made him instrumental in the rapid and successful growth of Critical Logic.

Mark Lathrop–Director of Corporate Finance
Mark Lathrop brings a strong business and finance background, including an MBA, to Critical Logic. He has acted as Operations Services Coordinator for a major data protection firm, was the Quality Assurance Specialist for Merchant e-Solutions, and has conducted independent research and data analysis for the City of Spokane Economic Development Division.
